My husband and I moved to Walnut Creek around 6 years ago. We loved it from the beginning. Being townhomes and having their own private entrances, it feels more like you have your own house than an apartment would. We have two little dogs, and there was plenty of area to walk them, and a patio so they could hang out outside with us in the evenings. My wife and I have lived at Walnut Creek for almost a year now, and we love the location! The proximity to Kroger, Summit Park, and other local favorites can’t be beaten. The maintenance and leasing staff are also extremely kind and punctual!

I've only been here a little over a month and am so impressed already. Office manager, Melissa, has been super kind and very quick to respond to any issues I've run into. Maintenance (Brian) has also been amazing! I'm looking forward to the upgrade on the fencing and patios this summer. I love my outdoor space! I'm happy with my decision to join the community here!
